What happens when you share a recipe, story or photograph with Castruriali Kitchen.
You keep ownership
You retain ownership of your original recipe text, story and photographs. By submitting them, you give Castruriali a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit, format, reproduce and publish the contribution in Kitchen, Castruriali channels and a Castruriali recipe book. You may also use and publish your work elsewhere.
Your promises
You confirm that you have the right to share everything submitted; the photographs are yours or you have permission to use them; people shown have agreed to publication; and the contribution does not copy another author’s protected wording or imagery.
Editing and credit
We may edit for clarity, house style, accessibility, food safety and layout. We will credit the contributor using the approved name and town. We may decline, unpublish or request changes to any contribution.
Safety and allergens
Contributors must disclose known allergens and avoid unsafe preservation, medical or nutrition claims. Castruriali reviews submissions editorially, but home cooks remain responsible for hygiene, ingredient suitability, allergies and safe cooking temperatures.
Photographs and privacy
Please do not include private documents, addresses, children without permission or anyone who has not agreed to appear. Contact Castruriali to correct a credit, withdraw future use or request account-data deletion. Withdrawal cannot always reverse printed material already produced.
Prizes
No Kitchen prize programme is currently open. If one opens, separate terms will state the promoter, eligible territories and ages, opening and closing dates, free entry route, judging criteria, prize, notification process and privacy provisions before entries are accepted. Opting in now only permits us to contact you about an eligible future selection.
