Le Querce — named after the oak trees of the Italian countryside — has long been a destination on Brockley Rise for those who take regional Italian food seriously. Their shelves reflect the same philosophy as their kitchen: nothing ordinary, everything with a story. It was through Le Querce that Castruriali first found a home in this part of South East London, introduced by Roberto, the restaurant's founder, who championed the oil from the very beginning. Roberto retired from Le Querce in August 2026 after building one of the area's great Italian food destinations, but he remains actively involved with Castruriali and our Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.

Castruriali is also available a few doors down on Brockley Rise at Rinds & Vines — the exceptional cheese and natural wine shop which Roberto introduced us to, ensuring our oil stays well represented in this corner of SE23.
