Castruriali arrived at Rinds & Vines through Roberto, the founder of Le Querce a few doors up the Rise. Roberto has a sharper palate than most, and when he makes a recommendation it tends to land. He introduced our Sicilian extra virgin olive oil to the Rinds & Vines team, and they've stocked it ever since.

Alongside the shop, Rinds & Vines runs a Cheese Club — a monthly delivery of seasonal, hand-picked cheeses that has built a loyal following across London — and supplies restaurants and delis through its wholesale arm. The olive oil is also available at Le Querce nearby, and through our website with UK-wide delivery direct from our estate in Castroreale, Sicily.

Our extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed from hand-harvested Sicilian olives, with naturally low acidity and a depth of flavour that comes from growing on volcanic hillsides above the Tyrrhenian Sea. We think Rinds & Vines is exactly the right home for it.
