Villa booking conditions

Introduction

These conditions form the basis of your contract with Castruriali Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15281036 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully, together with the relevant content on our website and our privacy policy, before making a booking: they set out your rights and obligations. Throughout these conditions, “you” and “your” refer to the person booking and everyone in the party.

When you book a holiday with us, we are solely responsible for booking your accommodation. If you need extra services such as car hire or transfers, we can give you contact details for third-party businesses. Experiences and additional services may also be offered through us; these are provided by third parties and are covered by our Experiences and Additional Services Conditions below.

All information we request and collect about your needs is used to give you the best possible holiday.

Nothing we provide, including sales and marketing material, price lists and other information on our website, forms part of our agreement with you. There are no representations, warranties, conditions, terms or collateral contracts affecting this agreement except as set out in these conditions, which constitute the whole agreement between you and us.

Your order is a contractual offer which we may, at our discretion, accept. A legally binding contract is created when we accept your order, shown by our written order confirmation.

1. Your booking

When you make a booking, the first named person agrees on behalf of everyone on the booking that:

  • they have read these conditions and have the authority to agree, and do agree, to be bound by them;
  • they consent to our use of personal data in line with our privacy policy and are authorised to give us the personal details of everyone named, including where relevant special categories of data (such as health conditions, disabilities and dietary requirements);
  • they are over 18 and, where services carry age restrictions, everyone in the party is of the appropriate age;
  • they accept financial responsibility for payment on behalf of everyone on the booking.

All bookings are made on our website unless agreed otherwise. It is your responsibility to read the property and local area description carefully and to choose the property most appropriate for your requirements.

Before departure you must give us the details of everyone in your party. The property, its grounds and amenities are strictly for the people named on the booking. Inviting anyone else to the property during your stay, including friends or external suppliers who are not staying overnight, is only possible with our prior written consent.

2. Your contract

The online booking form, together with your villa rental documents, forms a contract between you and us, governed by these conditions. It begins when we accept your booking request and email you a confirmation of reservation.

We send all correspondence to the first named person on the booking at the private email address you give us. If you ask us to use a business email address, you must also give us a private address for emergencies.

Please check your confirmation and any other documents as soon as you receive them, and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect or incomplete.

If we cannot accept your booking, we will tell you in writing and refund anything you have paid. This may be because the property is no longer available or because we have found an error in its price or description. We will give you a confirmation number when we confirm your booking.

3. Price and payment

Prices on our website are quoted in pounds sterling or euros. You may confirm and pay for your booking in pounds sterling, euros or US dollars. The total price of your arrangements (including VAT) is the price shown during booking and confirmed to you; where you pay in a different currency, it is calculated at the exchange rate we confirm when your booking is confirmed. Deposit and balance are subject to the same exchange rate and must be paid in the currency confirmed at booking.

The maximum occupancy of the property, including adults and children, is stated on its page on our website.

Unless agreed otherwise, your booking is confirmed when you complete and submit the booking form and pay a deposit of at least 30% of the total cost, or the full amount if you book within 9 weeks of departure. If you have paid a deposit, the balance is due 9 weeks before your arrival date. If full payment is not received by then, we may treat the booking as cancelled and keep all payments made to date.

We accept and encourage payment by bank transfer. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. Payments made with a corporate card carry a non-refundable 3% surcharge to cover the cost of processing them.

Your villa rental documents, directions and contact details for the owner or local representative and for emergencies are emailed to you once we have received full payment.

4. Special requests

Please tell us about any special requests when you book. We cannot guarantee to meet them and have no liability to you if they are not met.

5. Amendments and cancellations by you

Amendments. We will do our best to help if you wish to change your arrangements, but cannot guarantee that a change will be possible. Change requests must be emailed to us by the person who made the original payment, and take effect on the day we receive them. Where a change is possible, an administration fee of £150 per booking applies, plus any costs incurred by us or the villa owner in making it (or the equivalent in euros or US dollars).

You may change the size of your party at any time before departure. This does not entitle you to a reduction in the total price or a refund of money already paid.

If you cancel a villa rental and rebook a different property, the cancellation charges below apply.

A change of date or duration must be at the same property and in the same calendar year; otherwise it is treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges apply. We will tell you whether the new dates are available and what you need to pay to make the change. Date changes must be requested at least 9 weeks before departure; otherwise cancellation charges apply.

The only exception to the 9-week rule is transferring your booking to someone else. Ask us by email. The new guests must agree to be bound by these conditions and meet any requirements of the original booking; we may refuse the transfer if we consider the property unsuitable for them. You and the new guests are jointly and severally liable for all sums due. If these conditions are not met, your booking is treated as cancelled by you and cancellation charges apply.

Cancellations. Cancellations must be made in writing by email by the person who made the booking. We cancel your booking on the day we receive your email. Cancellation charges are a percentage of the total invoice price, based on how many days before departure we receive your notice, and exclude amendment fees, which are non-refundable:

  • More than 64 days before departure: loss of deposit
  • 63 to 43 days before departure: 60% of the total villa rental cost
  • 42 to 29 days before departure: 80% of the total villa rental cost
  • 28 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total villa rental cost

There is no cooling-off period: holiday accommodation booked for specific dates is not covered by the legal right to cancel within 14 days.

You should take out travel insurance when you book to cover cancellation for reasons outside your control, such as illness or an accident that prevents you travelling. If you cancel for a reason covered by your insurance, you must pay the cancellation charges and then claim them back from your insurer (less any excess). We can supply a cancellation invoice on request.

6. Amendments and cancellations by us

If we have to change or cancel your booking before departure and cannot offer alternative arrangements of an equivalent or very similar standard and price, we will refund all the money you have paid. You agree that the refund may be made by a different method from your payment, at our discretion. We have no liability for any costs, expenses or losses you incur as a result, such as flights or other arrangements made in connection with your booking.

We may also have to change or cancel your booking because of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (“force majeure”). In that case we will not pay compensation or any losses, costs or expenses you incur, but you will receive a refund of the money you have paid us, less any costs we have incurred in relation to your booking and cannot otherwise recover.

We may cancel your booking and keep your deposit if you do not pay the balance on time.

7. Your responsibilities

Passports and visas. You must make sure everyone in your party has all necessary travel documents (including passports, visas, health and vaccination certificates and anything required for immigration) before departure. Check the requirements for your own circumstances with the relevant embassies or consulates, and your doctor, in good time; requirements change. We accept no liability if you cannot travel or incur any loss because you do not have the right documents, and you must reimburse us for any costs, fines or penalties we incur as a result. Most countries require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

Insurance. You must take out adequate travel insurance before you travel, covering everyone in your party (and any pets) for the value of your booking and all planned activities. It should cover cancellation and curtailment; medical expenses including evacuation and repatriation; loss of or damage to belongings and money; legal liability to third parties (including all damages and costs you may be liable to pay); personal liability; death and permanent disability; and travel documents. Disclose any disability or medical condition to your insurer, and check your cover before arranging extra activities. We also recommend accidental damage insurance for everyone in the party, to cover accidental or negligent damage to the property and deductions from the security deposit. Accepting these conditions confirms that everyone in your group is insured. If you travel without adequate insurance, we are not liable for losses that insurance would have covered. Travel insurance is not included in the price.

Commercial filming and photography. You must not use or sell any photographs or film taken at the property for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Villa rules. The property has house rules, set out in the house guide we provide before your stay. Please read them on arrival and follow them at all times; breaking them may entitle us to end your stay.

Capacity. You must not exceed the number of guests stated on our website and in our documents, except for infants under two (the number of infants may be limited). If you exceed the limit, we may cancel your booking without refund and with no further responsibility to you.

Cleaning and maintenance. The property is thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Please leave it clean when you leave, or pay any further cleaning charges, which we will notify in writing. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request for a fee. Cleaning the cooking facilities and removing rubbish are your responsibility and not included in the price. The pool is cleaned and serviced on a set schedule, and the garden may need a gardener; we respect your privacy, but access for these services, and for any repair engineer needed for unforeseen problems, must be allowed.

Behaviour. Everyone staying is expected to behave in an orderly and considerate manner, including towards neighbours. If, in our reasonable opinion or that of the owner or anyone in authority, anyone in your party is causing or likely to cause distress, danger, disruption or significant annoyance to others, or damage to property, we may end your stay without notice and you must leave immediately. We will then have no further obligation or liability to you, make no refund, and not pay any losses, expenses or costs arising. You may also have to pay for any loss or damage your party causes, and you agree to compensate us in full for any claim (including legal costs) made against us by the owner or any third party as a result.

Lost property. We can forward belongings left behind for a £10 handling fee plus postage. Unclaimed items are disposed of after 28 days.

8. Our liability

As agent, we are responsible for processing your booking in line with your instructions, and we have a duty to select the property with reasonable skill and care. Provided we have done so, we are not liable for the provision of the property, for information about arrangements passed on in good faith, or for anything that happens during your stay or any act or omission of the property owner or their employees, agents, suppliers or subcontractors.

We are not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss of possessions or enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other claim resulting from:

  • the acts or omissions of the person affected or anyone in their party;
  • the acts or omissions of a third party not connected with the provision of your property;
  • unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (force majeure);
  • expenses, losses or damage that could not have been foreseen when you booked, based on the information you gave us;
  • expenses or losses relating to any business.

We have no responsibility for any additional services or facilities that do not form part of our agreement, including those provided by or for the property owner or any other supplier that are not advertised on our website as part of your booking, and any experience you buy while away.

Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes our liability for anything it would be unlawful to limit or exclude, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Claims for loss of or damage to luggage, belongings or money during your stay must be made to your travel insurer first. If we are found liable for such a loss, the most we will pay is the equivalent of the excess on your insurance policy for that type of loss, per person.

For any other claim not involving death, injury or illness, the most we will pay is three times the price paid by or for the people affected, and only where they received no benefit at all from the booking.

We are not liable for any interruption or failure of public utilities such as gas, electricity, water or internet, or any loss resulting from it. If this happens, please email us and the property owner immediately so that we can try to put it right.

Pandemics. We each accept our obligations to follow official guidance from governments and local authorities in the UK and during your stay. We are not liable for any refunds, compensation, costs, expenses or losses of any kind you incur because of COVID-19 or any other pandemic, including medical treatment.

9. Security deposit

Every booking is subject to a refundable security deposit, to protect the owner against the cost of any damage or loss caused by your party, extra cleaning, laundry, rubbish disposal or unpaid local charges. By confirming a booking, you authorise us to charge your credit card up to the value of any damage, on presentation of photographs and/or receipts for repair or replacement. The owner may require the security deposit to be paid locally or before arrival. If instructed by the owner, we may deduct further charges from the security deposit if the property is not vacated on time or you otherwise breach this agreement. As agent, we cannot negotiate or correspond on your behalf about the security deposit.

10. Your safety

Safety standards and regulations are those of the country you are visiting, so please take care in unfamiliar buildings and surroundings and learn the escape route from the property in case of fire. The property has at least one fire extinguisher. Gas and electrical appliances and air conditioning have been checked against the relevant safety standards. Properties may have hazards such as open staircases, unfenced areas or drops; your party must take responsibility for its own safety.

You must take reasonable steps to keep the property secure at all times, including when you go out, when you are in the pool or garden and overnight: locking doors, closing and securing windows and shutters, keeping valuables in the safe and setting the alarm. If you do not, you will be liable for any resulting damage to the property or loss of your or the property’s belongings.

11. Swimming pool and hot tub

The pool is generally open from 15 March to 1 November, although this may vary with the weather and at the owner’s discretion; please check with us before booking.

Everyone in your party must take great care in and around the pool. Learn its depth and how to get out, and walk rather than run near it. Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The pool is cleaned and serviced regularly, but we accept no liability for leaves, insects or other debris between cleans.

No one may dive into the pool, or enter it after drinking alcohol. Check the pool before use each day and report any defects. The pool may not be fenced. Neither we nor the owner are liable for any death or personal injury arising from use of the pool, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Where the pool is heated, the maximum temperature is 28°C unless stated otherwise, depending on the weather. Pool heating may be included or charged as a supplement payable locally; see the property page for details.

12. Pets and local wildlife

The villa is in a rural area, where it is not unusual to encounter animals (such as rodents, snakes, sheep, goats, and stray or local dogs and cats) and insects (such as wasps, bees, mosquitoes, flies, ants and spiders), which can be attracted by the pool, vegetation and food left out after meals. Please keep doors and windows closed where practical, clear away food after meals and do not feed local animals. We cannot be held responsible for the presence of animals or insects.

If you have animal allergies, please tell us before booking. Neighbouring properties may have dogs that bark, and sound travels in the countryside; we take no responsibility for disturbance from beyond the property.

Pets are accepted only on request, with the owner’s written agreement before your booking is confirmed. Pets must not go on beds or furniture or in the pool, must not be left unattended in the villa or garden, and dogs must be kept on a lead within the grounds. Children must not be left alone with any animal.

13. Privacy and noise

Please be respectful of neighbours and avoid excessive noise. Neither we nor the owner are liable for noise or disturbance from beyond the property. Rural Sicily is relatively quiet, but expect some noise from tractors, deliveries and local life; during festivals there will be music, church bells and fireworks in the villages.

14. Medical conditions, disabilities and allergies

We welcome all guests, including those with allergies, medical conditions, disabilities or reduced mobility, and will do our best to meet individual needs. Please give us full details in writing when you book of anything that may affect your holiday, and tell us promptly of any change after booking. Special facilities can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

15. Household amenities

Bed linen and towels. Bed linen and bath and pool towels are provided for the number of guests on the booking. A weekly change is available on request for a fee.

Utilities. Electricity, water and hot water are included in the rental. If there are problems with water, gas, electricity, telephone or internet, the owner or caretaker will do their best to restore the service, but we cannot accept responsibility for interruptions beyond our control.

Electric vehicle charging. If you need to charge an electric vehicle at the villa, please tell us in advance. This is at the owner’s discretion and may carry an extra charge.

16. Arrival and departure

To allow time for cleaning, please arrive after 4pm on the first day and leave by 10am (local time) on your departure day, unless agreed otherwise. If your arrival is delayed, contact us immediately. On arrival, please inspect the property with the owner or caretaker and make sure you understand how to use its appliances, equipment and utilities. On your last day, the owner or caretaker will arrive at 9.45am to inspect the property and settle the final bill with you.

17. Smoking

Please do not smoke inside the villa, and dispose of cigarette ends and ash carefully, away from the villa grounds.

18. Complaints

If you have a complaint about your booking or the accommodation, contact us or our local team straight away (we will give you their number before your stay) so that they can try to put it right; most problems can be resolved quickly.

If your complaint is not resolved locally, please write to us as soon as possible after you return, ideally within 28 days, giving your booking reference and all relevant details. If you do not take these steps, we lose the chance to investigate and resolve the problem, which may affect your rights. Investigations often involve obtaining information from overseas and may take a few weeks.

19. Property description and website accuracy

We visit and inspect the property we advertise. Its description was accurate when published and is given in good faith; we are not liable for errors if the owner has changed the accommodation without our knowledge. If you believe anything on our website is inaccurate, please tell us and we will investigate. It is your responsibility to make any relevant enquiries before booking.

Photographs give a general impression of the standard of the property. We are not liable if furniture or other items shown have since been changed or removed, or if the garden layout has changed.

Reviews are provided by previous guests as a guide; we cannot guarantee their accuracy.

20. Force majeure

Except where these conditions say otherwise, we are not liable and will not pay compensation if our obligations to you are affected by force majeure: any event beyond our or our supplier’s control whose consequences could not have been avoided even with all reasonable measures. This includes, without limitation, actual or threatened war, political unrest, riots, civil strife, terrorism, acts of God, industrial disputes and strikes, natural, nuclear, chemical or biological disasters, significant risks to human health such as infectious disease, epidemics and pandemics, floods, fire, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, adverse weather, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closures, restrictions or congestion of airports, ports or airspace, travel restrictions imposed by any authority or third party, and similar events.

21. Data protection and privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions and our contract with you are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may choose the law and courts of your home country.

23. Changes to these conditions

We may change these conditions at any time. Please check them each time you use our website; the current version supersedes all previous versions.

Part two

Experiences and additional services conditions

Introduction

Experiences and additional services are provided by independent local companies and individuals who are not owned or controlled by Castruriali Ltd. We act solely as agent for the supplier: your contract is directly with the supplier, under their standard terms and conditions, and does not form part of your holiday arrangements with us. Any complaint (including an allegation of breach of contract or negligence) should be taken up with the supplier directly; we will do our best to help but have no liability for the performance of that contract. In these conditions, “supplier” means the person or business providing the experience or service; “we”, “us” and “our” mean Castruriali Ltd; and “you” and “your” mean everyone named on the booking, including anyone added or substituted later.

Please make sure your travel insurance covers the activities you book, and read these conditions before you book: they explain how we sell experiences, how you and the supplier may change or cancel a booking, and what to do if there is a problem.

1. Your booking

When you make a booking, the first named person agrees on behalf of everyone on the booking that:

  • they have read these conditions and have the authority to agree, and do agree, to be bound by them;
  • they consent to our use of personal data in line with our privacy policy and are authorised to give us the personal details of everyone named, including where relevant special categories of data (such as health conditions, disabilities and dietary requirements);
  • they are over 18 and, where services carry age restrictions, everyone in the party is of the appropriate age;
  • they accept financial responsibility for payment on behalf of everyone on the booking.

When you book an experience or additional service, we act only as booking agent for the supplier. Your contract is with the supplier, and the supplier, not us, is responsible for providing it.

2. Making a booking

Bookings are made through our website or by email, subject to availability, at least 48 hours in advance so that we can arrange the best possible experience. We take payment on the supplier’s behalf and nothing further is payable locally. Unless agreed otherwise, full payment is required when you book, and your booking is confirmed once you have completed the booking form. We will email you a confirmation with all the details. Prices include taxes unless stated otherwise. The supplier should give you an invoice when you receive the service.

Please check your confirmation and any other documents as soon as you receive them, and tell us immediately if anything is wrong or incomplete.

If we or the supplier cannot accept your booking, we will tell you in writing and will not charge you; if you have already paid, we will refund you. This may be because the experience is no longer available or because we have found an error in its price or description. We will give you a confirmation number when we confirm your booking.

3. Price and payment

Prices for experiences and additional services are shown on our website or sent on request by email. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and are based on local tariffs at the time of quoting. You may pay in pounds sterling, euros or US dollars; where you pay in a different currency from the one quoted, the total (including VAT) is calculated at the exchange rate we confirm when your booking is confirmed.

Suppliers may change prices because of availability or other factors; any change will be confirmed to you before your booking is confirmed. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a booking is confirmed only when you have submitted the booking form and we have received full payment.

Private boat tour to the Aeolian Islands: a deposit of at least 30% of the total cost is required, or full payment if you book within 9 weeks of departure. Where a deposit has been paid, the balance is due no later than 9 weeks before your arrival date. If full payment is not received by then, we may treat the booking as cancelled and keep all payments made to date.

We accept and encourage payment by bank transfer, and also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. Payments made with a corporate card carry a non-refundable 3% surcharge to cover the cost of processing them.

Where an experience or service is paid for locally, make sure you can pay by a method the supplier accepts: many accept only cash in euros. Ask us if you are unsure.

4. Your contract

A binding contract between you and the supplier is created when the booking is made. It is subject to these conditions and to the supplier’s standard terms and conditions, which may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you.

5. Changes and cancellations by you

To change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us in writing; notice takes effect when we receive it. We will ask the supplier whether a change is possible. Changes and cancellations are accepted in line with the supplier’s terms, and the supplier may charge for them.

You may cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the experience or service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start will not be refunded.

Where a change can be made, an administration fee of £25 (or the equivalent in euros or US dollars) applies per change. Administration fees are non-refundable. If the supplier cannot make the change, or its consequences (such as a higher price) are unacceptable to you, you may cancel your booking.

If you cancel a cook or shopping service within 48 hours of its start and the food has already been bought, you will receive the receipt and must pay for the shopping. If you cancel on the day of the service, the full cost is payable.

You may be able to reclaim cancellation charges (less any excess) under your travel insurance, depending on the reason for cancelling. For services paid locally, you may have to pay a cancellation fee to the supplier directly under their terms. Suppliers of transfers usually apply cancellation charges.

6. Changes and cancellations by the supplier

If the supplier changes or cancels your confirmed booking, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible, but we cannot accept liability for any charge resulting from it. We will liaise between you and the supplier about any alternative they offer. If the supplier cancels, we will help you obtain a refund, which we will forward in full by the payment method you used once we have received it from the supplier.

7. Force majeure

Except where these conditions say otherwise, neither we nor the supplier are liable, including for compensation, costs or expenses, where an experience is prevented or affected by force majeure, or where you suffer any damage, expense or loss as a result of it. Force majeure means any event beyond our or the supplier’s control whose consequences could not have been avoided even with all reasonable measures, including the events listed in section 20 of the Villa Booking Conditions above.

8. Your responsibilities

Check when you book that the experience or service is suitable for you. Some experiences carry inherent risks or require a good level of fitness; by taking part, you accept the risks associated with them.

Make sure your travel insurance covers the experiences and services you book: many insurers exclude activities they consider hazardous. If you travel without adequate cover, neither we nor the supplier are liable for losses that insurance would have covered.

9. Our liability

As agent only, we cannot accept responsibility for information about experiences and services that we pass on in good faith. By booking, you accept the risks associated with the experience and are responsible for your own safety during it.

If we are found liable to you on any basis, our maximum liability is twice the cost of your booking (or the appropriate proportion if not everyone on the booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees acting in the course of their employment.

10. Complaints

Report any problem to the supplier immediately so that they can try to put it right on the spot. You can also contact us and, where we can, we will help resolve it, as agent and on a goodwill basis.

If the problem is not resolved locally, write to us within 28 days of the end of the experience, with your booking reference and all relevant details, and we will contact the supplier on your behalf as agent. As agent only, we are not responsible for refunds or compensation, which cannot be made without the supplier’s authorisation.

11. Your safety

Experiences and services are governed by the laws and standards of the country where they take place, which may differ from, and sometimes be lower than, those at home. Satisfy yourself with the supplier’s safety standards and precautions before taking part.

12. Babysitting

We do not recommend or endorse childcare or babysitting providers. We understand that many guests want these services on a villa holiday, but parents must satisfy themselves about the safety, security and suitability of any provider and carry out their own checks; most will not hold formal childcare qualifications. Any babysitting or childcare you arrange with local staff is entirely at your discretion: Castruriali Ltd does not vet local staff for childcare and accepts no responsibility or liability for such arrangements.

13. Housekeeping and extra cleaning

Extra cleaning can be arranged by us; prices vary. Please tell us which dates you would like and any preferred time of day.

14. Cook service

Cook services vary and are charged by the hour or per person. See our website or contact us for details.

15. Food shopping

If you send us a shopping list before the deadline for booking extra services, we can arrange your shopping. A service charge applies in addition to the cost of the items; see our website for guideline prices, which may change. We take great care, but this service is prone to errors, misreadings and substitution of local products. For a special occasion, you may like to book a celebration hamper, tailored to your taste and the occasion.

16. Your conduct

Please behave respectfully towards the supplier and other participants. If, in the opinion of the supplier or anyone in authority, you behave in a way that causes or is likely to cause danger or risk of injury to yourself or others, the supplier may end your participation without notice, with no further responsibility to you and no refund of costs or expenses.

17. Website accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to keep our website accurate and up to date, but errors and changes occasionally occur and we cannot accept liability for them. Prices and details of experiences and services may change without notice and are subject to availability.

18. Changes to these conditions

We may change these conditions at any time. Please check them each time you use our website; the current version supersedes all previous versions.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions and our contract with you are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may choose the law and courts of your home country.
